Hello, my name is Madison but you can call me Coach Maddie!
I started this business 7 years ago, and ever since then I’ve fallen in love with with teaching swim! I’m the primary point of contact for all communications and scheduling. I teach all lessons out of our home-pool location.

Testimonials and Reviews
How it Works
It all begins with an initial assessment. Once your swimmer has gone through their assessment lesson, they’re placed in either the beginner or intermediate curriculum. After that, our coaches construct an individualized lesson plan for each student.
We Believe in the Individual
Because of this, all of our lessons are one-on-one to ensure the highest quality of instruction and water safety
We Offer Two Main Curriculums
Beginner Curriculum
A focus on basic water safety and awareness
Primary goal is gaining confidence and understanding of how to move through and around water safely
A swimmer graduates from Beginner Curriculum once they can swim independently and successfully pass our water safety tests
Intermediate Curriculum
A focus on perfecting technique and learning new skills
Primary goal is advancing and learning new strokes while increasing water confidence and ability
While the Intermediate Curriculum is good for all swimmers, those who get the most out of it are students who want to improve and learn new skills. If you and your child are comfortable with where they’re at, we recommend moving on from our programs.
Before you book your lesson…
-
A parent or guardian MUST be present at every lesson for the ENTIRE duration of the lesson if the swimmer is under 18 years of age.
This guardian must be over the age of 18.
If a parent or guardian cannot be present for the entire duration of a lesson, the lesson is considered canceled and will not be taught or refunded.
This policy is in place to protect both our coaches and our kiddos. This is a scary world we live in, let’s do our best to keep them safe.
-
Unfortunately, due to the amount of last minute cancellations and no-shows the past few seasons, we’ve had to implement this policy.
If you are seeking to reschedule or cancel a lesson, you must do so more than 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
Lessons can no longer be rescheduled or refunded 48 hours before they take place. Cancellations, similarly, will not be refunded if they take place less than 48 hours before the lesson.
If you fail to attend your lesson or miss your lesson time, the cost of your lesson is unfortunately non-refundable, and you will be unable to register for another lesson until you pay the $15 no-show fee.
If you attempt to schedule a lesson without paying the no-show fee, your lesson will be canceled and refunded until the fee is paid in full.
-
Coaches will only cancel lessons in the case of bad weather conditions (thunder and lightening) and in the case of personal sickness.
All lessons canceled by coaches will be fully refunded regardless of when the cancelation takes place.
-
We understand that life happens and you may be late to a few lessons! This is okay, and will not incur any fees.
If you’re five minutes or fewer late to a lesson, due to the structured time buffer between sessions, your lesson time will be the same as normal!
However, if you’re more than five minutes late to a lesson, we’re unable to accommodate for extra time and your lesson will be shorter than usual.
If a coach is running late for a travel lesson due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, the coach will still teach for the amount of time scheduled, or offer a partial refund for the amount of time missed.
-
This is a great question! All new clients are required to first take the Initial Assessment lesson to be placed in either Beginner or Intermediate lessons.
If you’ve taken lessons with us before, contact Coach Madison to find out which curriculum your child qualifies for.
If you’re interested in the Refresher Course, you do not need to schedule an Initial Assessment lesson. You can simply just enroll for the course. Please understand, refresher courses are NOT for beginners, they’re for children who already have a decent swimming ability.
-
Refresher courses are different than the usual lessons!
These courses are for kiddos that already know how to swim, but need to brush up on a few skills here and there.
A Refresher Course is a group of 3 lessons designed to address areas where your child needs help refining technique.
After paying the full amount for the Refresher Course up front (using Refresher Course, selection 1 when booking), your coach will give you approval to schedule the remaining two lessons using Refresher Course, selection 2.
If you attempt to schedule Refresher Course, selection 2 without prior approval, your lesson will be canceled.
